Muay Thai is a powerful striking art from Thailand that uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees — earning it the name “Art of Eight Limbs.” It builds strength, timing, confidence, and is a key foundation for kickboxing and MMA. With its deep cultural traditions, Muay Thai teaches discipline and respect both on and off the mats.
With Boxing + Muay Thai + Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our academy now offers one of the most complete martial arts programs in Idaho. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defense, competition, or personal growth, we have everything you need to succeed.
Modern Studio
📍 Located at 1250 Sunset Strip, Mountain Home, Idaho, we offer a safe and welcoming space for everyone to train. Our academy features nearly 3,000 square feet of mat space, giving students of all levels plenty of room to learn, roll, and grow together.
And we’re not stopping there, we are now adding another facility to make room for our upcoming programs, expanding our ability to serve the community and continue building one of the best martial arts environments in Idaho.
